Get to Know Me

Aaron Anderson, LMSW, is a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s most complex challenges. Aaron earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Louisiana State University and holds a professional license to practice in the state of Louisiana.

Driven by the belief that every person possesses an innate capacity for growth and healing, Aaron utilizes a client-centered approach. He is known for “meeting patients where they are,” providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore personal hurdles and strengths alike.

Clinical Expertise

Aaron works with a diverse patient population, including children, teens, and adults. His therapeutic toolkit is diverse and tailored to the specific needs of the individual, incorporating:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Solution-Focused Techniques
  • Trauma-Informed Care & Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Play and Creative Therapies (specialized for younger clients)
  • Mindfulness-Based Practices to encourage grounding and empowerment

Service & Personal Life

Aaron lives in and serves the Morgan City and St. Mary Parish area through Gulf Coast Integrative Health. He is committed to helping his local community feel more grounded and resilient.

Outside of the clinic, Aaron prioritizes his own wellness and family time. He enjoys exercising, playing The Sims, napping, and spending quality time snuggling with his son and his puppy, Venus.
