Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is about more than treating pain. It is about helping you move with confidence, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to you. Our approach focuses on understanding the root of your movement challenges and creating a personalized plan that supports long-term strength, mobility, and independence.

As part of an integrative health practice, our physical therapy services are designed to work in coordination with other aspects of your care. We take into account how physical health, daily habits, and overall well-being are connected, allowing us to support healing in a way that feels balanced and sustainable.
